Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The first example of ti new-liveried van for SPD Ltd made its appearance at a truck show this week organized by Routes Maidstone Ltd. The striking new black and white livery marks SP D's challenge tothe pure distribution world. It is to handle traffic from outside the Unilever empire. The van seen here, based on a Canister KC 7-tonner, has a body built by Masseys of Market Weighton to an exclusive SPD design which has been under development for 12 months. This involves the use of a plastic sheeting on the exterior. This stretches in minor accidents and can be easily replaced in case of tears. The material is said to cost less and be easier to repair than aluminium panels. There is a weight saving too this van weighs under 4 tons 8 cwt unladen.
