Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

0 new ranges of battery-electric heavy-duty platform trucks of the lowlift elevating type are announced by Wessex Industries (Poole) Ltd., manufactured under licence to Elwell-Parker Electric Co. of Cleveland.

The EAWL range comprises three standard models with carrying capacities of 6,000 lb., 10,000 lb. and 15,000 lb. which are of the stand-on end-control platform type and are fitted with all-wheel interconnected steering. The standard platform has a length of 60 in. and a width of 263 in., while the lowered platform height is 11 in.

Fifth-wheel-drive axle steering and fixed trailing axles are features of the E5WL range, otherwise identical to the BAWL range, the design of the steering giving a lock of 90'; the vehicles are suitable for applications in which stability problems are not encountered and because of their relatively short overall length and 90° lock they can readily be used for positioning loads at right angles to operating aisles.

All models in both ranges are fitted with a carbon-pile speed controller and feature two independent braking systems, the drive wheels being equipped with hydraulic brakes and the motor shaft with the mechanical type. The platform is elevated 6 in. by an hydraulic ram supplied by an electric-motor-driven pump.
