TUNSPORT Development Group Ltd. de an offer on May 26 to acquire the whole of the 69,786 Ordinary shares of 15s. each of The Yorkshire Pure Ice and Cold Storage Co. Ltd. on the basis of one Ordinary TDG share of 5s. and payment of 15s. in cash for each Yorkshire Pure Ice Ordinary share.
So far the offer has been accepted by the holders of more than 94 per cent. of the shares involved. Complete acceptance will require the issue of 69,786 Ordinary TDG shares and payment of £52,340 in cash. (Yorkshire Pure Ice operates a freehold cold store of 140,000 cu. ft. at New York Street, Leeds, and the undertaking will continue under the control of the present managing director, Mr. L C. Conway.)
