• Daimler-Benz, Nissan Motor and Nissan Diesel are to develop a light commercial vehicle as the first stage in a planned longterm co-operation.

The truck will span the weight range from three to nine tonnes GVW and will be aimed primarily at the Japanese, Asian, Latin American and other emerging markets. The new truck will be manufactured and distributed through Nissan Motor, Nissan Diesel and DaimlerBenz plants and dealerships.
