Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Elust as I was getting used to calling HGVs LGVs, as we are all supposed to now, out comes a Vehicle Inspectorate report which refers to HGVs and LGVs.

But in this case LGV is VI-speak for light goods vehicle; not large goods vehicle. Come along now, you Ministry chaps: it was you that changed the names in the first place. Kindly start talking the same language,
