Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Iveco Ford Trucks' target of finishing 1987 as the topselling truck manufacturer above 3.5-tonnes GVW has been boosted by a deal to supply 82 vehicles, worth over 22 million, to express parcels carrier Federal Express

The task of providing the trucks, which represents the largest single order won by an wr dealer to date, will be handled by Gorton-based Manchester Garages.

The Federal Express order comprises 60 Ford Cargo 10.13 rigids, two Cumminspowered 3828 Cargo tractive units and 20 Iveco 175.17 Loadstar 16-tonners.

The Cargo rigids, fitted with Buckstone bodies, will be used for parcel deliveries throughout the UK. The Cargo tractive units will operate on longdistance trunking work.

The 16-tonne Loadstars, with Carrymaster box bodies, will be operated by Boots the chemists under contract hire. Manchester Garages has already supplied over half of the order.

Federal Express's order for 82 trucks comes just six months after its rival TNT bought 75 Cargo rigids, worth 21.4 million (CM 24 January).
