Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

120mph (190km/h) speedometer makes any difference to the way a vehicle is driven? I find everyone drives at their own speed, be they young or not.

Although I am renewing my fleet of Iveco Dailys from nonturbo to turbo vehicles probably 15mph (24km/h) faster, most of the drivers do not use this extra capacity. Since Mr Dent seems to be slighting young drivers, I'd just like to say a word in their favour. One of my youngest drivers returns some of the best economy figures in the fleet. And as a last thought my car has 170mph (274 km/h) on the speedometer: I'll leave him that to think about. . .
