TO BECOME a Ford registered technician of the year demands dedication beyond the call of duty as well as exceptional ability. To win the title of Ford truck registered technician for two consecutive years is something else again.
The prodigy who has done so is 31-year-old Michael Pethers, of Haynes of Maidstone, who received trophies and cheques worth £500 from Roger Humm, Ford's director of sales.
