WINCANTON CAN now base three vehicles and three trailers at The Cedars, Coton Road, Coleshill, Birmingham subject to conditions and undertakings: • all authorised vehicles and trailers shall only leave and enter The Cedars Industrial Estate by the northern entrance adjacent to the railway bridge. This is except in the event that the bridge is temporarily closed or the road is temporarily blocked in that direction. In all circumstances when this exception is used, a full written record of why it was not possible to adhere to the condition must be made. These records will be kept for six years and be made available, on request, to the DVSA (formerly Vosa and the DSA) or the traffic commissioner; • all authorised vehicles and trailers using The Cedars site shall not, whether loaded or unloaded, exceed a height that prevents them from passing beneath the railway bridge on Coton Road, which is adjacent to the northern entrance of the Cedars Industrial Estate; • all authorised vehicles leaving the Cedars Industrial Estate via the northern entrance shall turn right on to Coton Road to avoid the passage of vehicles through the village of Whitacre Heath;
• no scheduled or routine vehicle maintenance shall take place at The Cedars.
