• The AA is diversifying into car transport work, having been awarded an 0-licence for 45 transporters at the end of last year.
It has set up a new division called Famun Fleet Transport, which is based at Brackmills, Northants.
Until now the AA could only transfer vehicles on a commercial basis if they had broken down.
