I/ Trailer axle and suspension manufacturer Ruben, Owen-Rockwell has launched a series of air suspensions called the Flexair 9000 and 11000 series.
The Flexair 9000 has a 9,500kg design capacity and is intended for tri-axle/single-wheel applications; the 11000 has a 11,170kg capacity for single and tandem/twin-wheel applications.

Keeping up the pressure
MA continuous tyre pressure monitoring system has been developed by Pirelli subsidiary CPK Auto Products.
The Tyrewatch system employs micro-electronics and selective radio frequencies with pressure sensors that fit over the tyre valve stems and CPK says that the system is simple enough for operators to fit themselves.

Keeping your cool
• New legislation governing the temperature foodstuffs must be kept at during distribution has prompted Lucas Kienzle to launch a range of temperature monitoring systems. The Escort monitor is a lithium battery-powered data logger which can be located within a delivery consignment from the point of production.
The range includes meat and fruit probes, a humidity monitor and a waterproof probe that can be submerged for long periods.
