Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

/ Suffolk abnormal loads specialist HC Wilson has bought the country's first low-height 6x2 MV Scania rigid, which is being run as a flatbed drawbar. Running on low-profile tyres it has an unladen chassis frame height of 880mm, compared with 1,010mm on the standard ML rigid. The 239kW (320hp) R113 has front and rear air suspension and ABS; it is one of the few Scania rigids with a doublebunked Streamline cab.

Wilson, which built the body for the Scania in its own workshop, runs it coupled to a Miles Nunn two-axle trailer. The length of the combination is 18.35m and its plated train weight is 32.52 tonnes.

The prime mover's plated weight is 23.58 tonnes.

The Scania was supplied by Stowmarket-based dealer Robinson's Trucks, which im ported it for Type Approval.

Wilson is based in Elmswell near Bury St Edmunds. It runs 14 trucks and 22 flatbed trailers, concentrating on moving plant and machinery to the Continent. The fleet includes a 6x2 rigid drawbar built by Dutch off-roadtruck manufacturer Terberg.
