Take question 7 (a) Oil "by hiring": does this include vehicles on contract hire where the driver is not supplied, but exclude contract hire vehicles supplied with driver?
AAn operator's licence is required by
the person who employs the drivers. and, therefore, vehicles to be included on Question 7 (a) (ii) "by hiring" means vehicles which you will have to hire without drivers.
