Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A statement issued last week by World Wide Coaches Ltd. referred to rumours that there was a possibility of the company's interests being acquired by Silverline Tours (part of Hall's Coaches Ltd., Hounslow). This was "entirely incorrect", said Mr. F. Thomsett, recently appointed managing director of World Wide Coaches.

Mr. Thomsett transferred to World Wide when Valliant Cronshaw Ltd., of which he was managing director, was acquired by Hall's Coaches Ltd., (CM September 19 1969). Hall's Coaches is a rapidly expanding company, which already had contracts with both Pan American World Airways and Trans , World Airlines for ferrying their passengers between London (Heathrow) Airport and West London before the Valliant Cronshaw take-over.

Silverline is now gearing-up ready to meet the increased requirements with the introduction of Boeing 747 jumbo jets by both airlines.
