The Economat 90 lifts 9,000 lb. at 24 in. load centre. Powered by a 50 h.13. diesel engine it is fitted with hydraulic torque converter and multi-speed power shift automatic transmission. Hydraulic powered steering is employed with 8.25 in. X 15 in. pneumatic tyres.

The Economat 70 has a lift capacity of 7,000 lb. at 24 in. load centre. Its specification is similar to the Economat 90 but 7.50 in. x 15 in. tyres are used and it is• 2 ins. narrower.

Lift heights of 6 ft., 9 ft. and 16 ft. are available and all normal Matbro attachments, such as crane jib, brick forks, side shift, bucket, rotating heads, block clamps, fork extensions and cab and guards may be fitted.
