Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Iveco Ford dealer and car sales company Appleyard Group experienced a buoyant first half to the year with pre tax profit up 34% and turnover up 15%.

Turnover for the first six months of this year stood at ,E91.3 million (.k12 million), and pre tax profit at £1.15 million a858,000).

The company expects that large investments in new facilities at the Iveco Ford Truck Centre in Brighton and new car sales premises in Leeds and Edinburgh, will help to maintain trading growth during the rest of the year.

• The new Tebay Service Area on the M6 is now open to drivers. The 2.83 hectare (7 acre) site, in the loop of Junction 38 which links the north east via the A685 to the M6 at Tebay, offers a wide range of services to drivers including a lorry park for over 80 trucks.

Alongside the normal fuel pumps there is also diesel bunkering and a repair workshop. The site is operated by Westmorland Motorway Services.

111 Transport Secretary John Moore is planning to introduce a bill this Autumn to let councils build humps in the road adjacent to zebra crossings.

The so-called "sleeping policeman" will curb drivers' speeds when approaching pedestrian crossing. claims Moore.
