FOLLOWING a transaction valued at 060,000, Tempco International Ltd, a subsidiary of the National Freight Corporation, has acquired a 49.95 per cent 'interest in Severnside (Cold Storage) Ltd, a subsidiary of Severnside Holdings. The company will now be known as Tempco Severnside Ltd and will operate in the field of cold storage, freezing services and distribution.

Two cold storage depots are already in operation at Patchway, Bristol. One of a million cubic feet offers a public cold store service, while the other of a half a million cubic feet is fully let to Kraft Foods. A further development is another cold store of one million cubic feet which should be operating late in 1975.

The chairman of the joint company will by Mr J. W. Sorsby of Tempco, and the managing director will be Mr H. Flavelle of Severnside.
