Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

*Father's footsteps

From Kirkmichael in the Isle of Man, which looks out over the sea to Co. Down, comes Michael Lambden, traffic trainee with Crosville Motor Services Ltd. Michael, not yet 20 years of age has already enjoyed quite extensive experience and among other things has lately been in charge of the depot at Llanrwst, North Wales. He is the eldest son of Bill Lambden, erstwhile transport journalist and now general manager of Isle of Man Road Services Ltd. If not entirely following in his father's footsteps, Michael has his eyes set on a similar goal.

I am reminded by Clifford Buckley, Crosvile general manager, that two other trainees, sons of the late Captain Roberts, one-time assistant general manager and traffic manager of Crosville, are already well-up the passenger transport ladder. Both are traffic managers, Richard Roberts with Potteries Motor Traction, and R. H. Roberts with the Yorkshire Traction Co. In the industry their father was always known as Captain Roberts from his rank on retirement from the Indian army, but in due time he was made an honorary Lt. Colonel in recognition of his great work for the cadet movement.
