Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Lucy Radley has discovered a whole new world on the nearside of her truck and wants to share...

It's a sad life being a wagon driver. And I mean that in the modern sense of the word. It can be embarrassing to think about what gets me excited in the course of the working week.

At the moment, it's the new laws on superconcave wide-angle and kerb mirrors. A set was fitted to my allocated motor just last week, and I think I may be in love.

There's a whole world down the side of my nearside door that I had no idea existed. There's grass down there, and a kerb, and a Vauxhall Corsa! Then there's the revelation that my trailer doesn't vanish into thin air whenever I reverse on my blindside. It was there all along, lurking just out of view.

OK, so I'm now so busy examining this massive expansion to my world view that it's possible the good old-fashioned straightforward angle may be getting neglected, but hey, it's had 10 years of attention...

So it is indeed a sad life being a wagon driver. Or maybe it's just a sad life being me. It must be, as I seem to be going to Truckfest at Peterborough next weekend to help man the Truck & DriverffruckNet UK stand. So if you see a deranged-looking woman with a classic container driver's figure, and our very own editor-in-chief attempting to get away from her, please come and rescue him. If past experience is anything to go by, he'll be very grateful.
