Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A new tipping /skeletal semi-trailer has been added to the wide range of models available from Crane Fruehauf Trailers Ltd. Designed for use with 30ft "bulk" containers, and for operation at 32 tons gross, the new model features fabricated 1-beam main members, with full-depth pressed steel crossmembers to minimize twist; chassis length is 3411 6in. overall.

The design of Crane Fruehauf's tipping skeletal takes full advantage of the inherent strength in the container framework to reduce weight. The container provides its own tipping frame, being locked through the twistlocks to both front and rear bolsters, eliminating the necessity for a separate tipping frame. Containers are supported at each corner by front and rear fabricated bolster assemblies. On the road and when tipping the container is locked securely in position by the four twistlocks; the frOnt bolster is attached to an Edbro twin ram tipping gear, while the rear bolster swivels to provide a maximum tip angle of 45deg.

An independent engine and pump unit is fitted at the front of the frame to provide the tipping gear with a power supi independent of the tractor unit. Stabiliz provide additional stability while tippi these being manually operated, single-sp legs extending from fabricated box memb fitted at the rear of the semi-trailer.
