Regional training officers, working rider the chief training and education

ngineers and in each region they will ontrol the work of several senior trainig officers. The latter, too, will be quailed engineers and they will supervise le work of a large number of training fficers drawn from the ranks of young ngineers, apprentice-trained craftsmen, • r men and women with practical trainag or technical school teaching xperience.
The training officers will assess ngineers' training and will advise mployers on training policy, pro rammes and practical aids.
