SOME of the larger transport units are now finding buyers. The Tyseley depot of British Road Services, including 33 vehicles, has been bought as an entity and is now operating under private enterprise.

In the north-west, two big units, one of 26 vehicles and the other of 20 vehicles and four trailers, have been sold. Twenty vehicles and four trailers are also included in a substantial unit purchased in Yorkshire.

Some operators have been successful with several tenders and are steadily building up their fleets.
