In our issue for last week we intimated that the HOVE Town Council was buying a 30-cwt. lorry, and we now learn that Mansfields, Ltd., of Hove, has secured the order, which is for a Dennis 30-cwt. chassis fitted with an end-tipping body.
The cleansing committee of the Isr.marros Borough Council has recommended tile tender of Dennis Bros., Ltd., at 11,185, for a petrol-driven gully-emptying vehicle having a singlecompartment tank of 1,000-gallons capacity.
