• The first prize in ERF's 1990 Workshop Team of the Year competition has gone to three technicians from its Perris and Kearon distribututor.
Colin Jones, Ian Black and Chris I lughes each win a holiday for two in Tunisia, having beaten 43 other teams. The competition is intended to improve the profile of service technicians and increase their motivation and skill D ERF has replaced its Nett Trade Price Book with a quick
reference parts application guide entitled Parts Performer. It lists ER F's range of parts and shows application details for other manufacturers.
The emphasis is on ERN E series truck with an index listing parts available, prices and discounts.
Customers copies also carry useful information on local distributors and dealers, including details of opening hours, delivery service and contact numbers.
