• Volvo Trucks is replacing its Action Volvo emergency roadside assistance scheme with a new helpline.
Called Action Service Europe, it is manned 24-hours a day and is linked to Volvo's other service lines across Western Europe.
The phone numbers for UK
based calls are: (0800) 929292 from a conventional phone, and (0926) 494343 from a cab phone. Volvo stresses that calls will be handled by trained technicians based at its Warwick headquarters. Cab stickers giving the contact numbers for each country are available from Volvo dealers. o Volvo's latest UK dealer guide is now available from Volvo dealers priced at £4-99.
