• Powersafe is a 240-volt extension cable set in permanent coils similar to a suzi or an airline.
Its outer coating is said to resist oil, petrol, diesel and antifreeze, and its bright colouring makes it easily visible.
Powersafe cables come in 9, 15 and 18-metre (30, 50 and 60ft) lengths with a five or 10 amp rating, each with a wall bracket or storage clip.
