Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ould this be the intermodal transport of the future? Vanguard Vehicle Services was called in to lift a 50-tonne barge out of the River Aire, haul it through the centre of Leeds and drop it off next to the BBC TV studios. The weight was no problem, of course; hardly worth bothering an abnormal load specialist for. But at 100ft long, 17ft high and 15ft wide it gave the Vanguard team plenty to think about. I wonder if our environmental chums, who continually hark on about the virtues of inland waterway transport, will appreciate the irony of the barge's final journey on that most adaptable transport device of them all.
