Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

PERMISSION to transfer from Britain the capital to finance the launching of a large road haulage project in Canada has been granted to Hanson Haulage. Ltd., Huddersfield. This development gives a new outlet for the enterprise which contributed largely to the building up of the Holdsworth and Hanson group of transport companies, the large longdistance road haulage interests of which were -acquired by the British Transport Commission last year.

Mr. James Hanson told our correspondent that he will visit Canada next month for the acquisition of a large road haulage undertaking in Southern Ontario which operates over 100 vehicles. This will form the nucleus of the new enterprise. He will spend about a year in Canada on supervising the take-over.

Mr. Hanson stated: "We feel that our road transport experience over the past 125 years will enable us to enter the field confidently in Canada. There are great. possibilities for British-built road transport vehicles over there, and we shall certainly use a good, number of British vehicles in any fleet we build up there."
