Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FOLLOWING THE launch of the Fruehauf two-hour turnaround on a rigid tipping body, Schmitz Cargobull is offering to build and deliver a range of standard curtainsider and refrigerated trailers in just five days from receipt of order.

The trailer-maker says it is offering "what are thought to be the shortest lead times available from any UKbased trailer manufacturer". The offer applies to standard-specification trailer models in the company's SCS, Euroliner curtainsider and SKO reefer ranges. Five-day curtainsiders will be available in 2.6m or 2.7m-high versions with a number of curtain colours to choose from. Reefers will come in a single standard chassis height.

Schmitz says it is able to offer the five-day trailers following significant investment at its UK manufacturing facility at Harelaw, County Durham. "The investment in new machinery coupled with new production techniques means that a finished trailer can leave the production line at Harelaw every 33 minutes. These are not stock trailers that have been standing in a car park for a few months. They are today's trailers built for each client when the client wants them.'
