SELLERS and Batty (Haffield) Ltd, formerly part of the Lex Service Group has been bought out by its management team.
From now on it will be known as S&B Commercials and will be run as an independent company. Its ERF distributorship, which covers Greater London and the northern home counties, will be retained, but S&B is taking on a MAN-VW franchise for LT and MT commercials up to 10.5 tonnes. This latter will cover the north London area up to and including just north of Welwyn.
