Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BLUEUNE COACHES of London has beaten National Express in the race to start a prestige coach service between London and Newcastle.

The Blueline service will operate daily from October 8 between John Dobson Street in Newcastle and St Pancras Road, near Kings Cross station, London, and will use Setra S215HD coaches with video, toilets and stewardess service. Blueline has four such vehicles at present and a further 10 are on order.

The operator has had a coach in Newcastle to promote the service, has circularised details to travel agents and has distributed brochures in the city.

The coach will depart from its terminal at 7.45am and will arrive at its pick-up point half an hour before departure to overcome any lack of facilities at its terminals.

St Pancras Road was chosen in preference to the National Car Parks Kings Cross coach station which Blueline managing director Ray Turner feels lacks necessary facilities.

Blueline fares will be higher than National Express but lower than British Rail.
