Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

GARDNER has released details of a horizontal version of its sixcylinder turbocharged engine aimed at the coach market, and which is to be installed in Dennis Lances for Western SMT and in Ward Brothers' Dalesman coach.

The 6HLXCT retains the same bore and stroke as the existing 6HLXB and thus the same swept volume of 10.45 litres (637cuin).

The engine is rated at 172kW (230bhp) and incorporates several modifications to the inlet and exhaust manifold and to the turbocharger mounting.

The lubricating oil system uses a dry sump and a different oil cooler arrangement for the horizontal application.
