• North Eastern Licensing Authority Frederick Whalley has adjoumer consideration of the renewal of the licence for 13 vehicles and three trailers held by R Robinson Bros of Keighley (Airedale Demolition) to give the company a chance to produce further evidence about its maintenance arrangements.
Adjourning the inquiry for the company to produce further evidence, Whalley said he would only record a warning at this stage because of Maurice Robinson's illness. If the arrangements were found to bc adequate, he would grant a 12 months' renewal for four vehicles.
