• KORODY-COLYER has been specialising in replacement parts for heavy-duty trucks since 1962 and now, having been taken over by CR Industries earlier in the year, is reviewing its distributorships.

"We are planning a major campaign to promote the full range of parts for the Cummins 14-litre diesel engine," says Chris James, who is heading up the UK operation of the Compton, California, headquartered firm.

Ten distributors have been announced to cover the UK. They are: Commercial Transmission Spares (Cheshire, Lancs, Manchester, Merseyside and N Wales); Dieselpart (Derbys, Notts, Leics, Northants, Beds); Engine Parts (UK) (London and Home Counties); Engine and Transmission Service (specialist in construction and mining markets); Fastline Commercial Parts (NE and northern England); J and E Motor Engineers (Scotland); Kelly Trucks — Stoke and Kelly Trucks — West Bromwich, (W Mids and N Wales); Rotherham Reboring Services (southern and western Yorkshire) and Truckpart Supplies (central eastern England).

Aberdeen Diesel and Equipment Maintenance (Scotland) and Knighton Trucks (Wales) are sub-distributors.

Distributorships are sought for East Anglia, central southern England and South West.
