Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• GREENHOUS HANLEY has opened a V million complex at Govan Road, Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent — the biggest single development in the 77year history of the Greenhous Group. The centre is linked to a high-tech predelivery inspection site handling Bedfords vans and national fleet department vehicles.

A 22-bay body and paintshop was first designed by Greenhous Hanley through a computer program — then the building around it.

"Most body and paintshops are the wrong shape, size and design," says Gil managing director Chris Barry. "We have designed in all the latest concepts rather than having to change existing features to meet future requirements."

The centre includes two preparation ovens — the main one and the paint preparation equipment supplied by Dalby Enginering.

Greenhous Hanley has transferred its fleet sales operation and commercial vehicle sales and rental operation from City Road, Fenton, to the site.

A special precinct area, with pedestrian lights, will include a display of commercial vehicles on red brick paving.

"Customers," says Barry, "will not find anything like the centre anywhere in the country. It is a total change in concept."

The working plan of the bodyshop was designed by Sikkens.
