• ERF has made its first sale to an oil company in 15 years, with 10 ElOs and an E8 joining Conoco's 243-strong tanker fleet.
The 6x2 ElOs feature Cummins 242kW (325hp) engines, Eaton Twin Splitter gearboxes and Rockwell rear axles. The 4x2 E8 has the 197kW (265hp) Cummins engine, Fuller 6109 synchro gearbox and Rockwell rear axle.
They will haul 36, 000-litre/ 38-tonne aluminium Thompson Tankers semi-trailers.
