Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A COMPACT power unit for bulk tipping semi-trailers has been built by Tamplin Engineering. The unit can compensate for reduced swing clearance.

The Electric Start Compact was developed in conjuction with Crane Fruehauf and uses the latest Lister LV2 13.5kW (18hp) two cylinder air-cooled diesel engine.

This provides a maximum output of 501itimin (11gals/ min) at an operating pressure of 120bar (1,750psi). Edbro tipping control valves with tip, hold and lower positions are fitted by Tamplin.
