Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LONDON Regional 'Transport's third round of tenders is for nine routes currently operated by London Buses and one by London Country 13us Services.

They are all cross-boundary services running into Surrey or Essex.

A further two routes are being put out to tender by Essex County Council.

The routes involved in the LRT tenders are 20 (Waltha msto w-Debden); 116 (Hounslow-Staines); 117 (Brentford-Staines); 167 (Loughton-Ilford), 197 (Norwood-Caterham); 203 (Brentford-Staines); 206 (Walthamstosv-Chigwell); 217t1 (Enfield-Upshire); 293 (Ilackbridge-Epsom) and LOBS 403 (Warlingham Park Hospital-Cheam).

Routes 201 and 250A are being put out to tender by Essex.
