Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NEOPLAN USA Finnish electric traction specialist Stromberg, and the Garrett Corporation have co-operated to produce a dual-mode diesel/electric articulated trolleybus.

Unlike most trolleybuses, which use DC traction, the Neoplan has AC traction based on the conversion of 600V DC supply with an allelectric inverter. It has a diesel generator-driven auxiliary power supply which also provides AC traction.

For diesel operation, the supposedly maintenance-free bus has a 350hp engine, and a two-speed gearbox.

It has a 65km/h maximum speed as a trolleybus and 90km/h when working under its own power.
