Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Fodens is to supply the Ministry of Defence with vehicles which are expected to form a large proportion of the Army's low-mobility load-carrying fleet. The contract, which is worth about £10m, will be for standard Foden eightand six-wheeled rigid chassis fitted with the new S90 cab — a steel version of the company's S80. Engines will be Rolls-Royce diesels.

Delivery of the first vehicles is expected to take place in 1974. and will be spaced over 34 years. No more than 15 per cent of Foden's production capacity will be devoted to the contract at any one time. The military-type vehicles may eventually be sold on the open market and the company has formed a Ministry of Defence sales team and projects committee.
