• Dayton-Walther Ltd, of Runcorn, Cheshire, has introduced its Series II Tru-lok fifth-wheel coupling. The new fifth-wheel incorporates the two-tier jaw mechanism of the earlier model, which prevents jaw damage should a "too high' coupling take place. The main plate structure has been improved and strengthened, although the weight for the unit has been increased by only 51b to 245 lb.
