Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The four directors of the South Yorkshire PTE have now been appointed. The director-general, Mr Noel McDonald, general manager at Sheffield, was appointed earlier in the year.

Director of operations and planning is to be Mr Norman Kay who is at present director and general manager of SELNEC PTE's central operating company. Mr Eric Kay, currently general manager and engineer'at Brighton Corporation Transport, is to be the PTE's director of engineering.

The other two directors are: Mr L. T. Trueman, presently SELNEC's industrial relations manager, who will be responsible for industrial relations; and Mr D. E. Eyres, who will look after finance and administration. Mr Eyres is currently deputy general manager at Sheffield.

No dates for the formation of the PTE have yet been announced.
