The new engines will meet the future Euro-6 emissions standard, due to come into effect on 1 September 2014 for the production of all new vans, by using AdBlue, which will be injected into the exhaust gases. Power outputs will remain the same, with fourand six-cylinder engines producing between 95hp and 190hp. Changes to the radiator grille, with a more vertical position and perforated slats, bring the face of the new Sprinter in line with the Citan city van. Mercedes has also redesigned the headlights, and re-shaped the bumpers. On the inside, the Sprinter will get a new range of seat coverings and trim options. Deliveries will begin in September 2013, with order books opening in June.
