• An inquiry on 21 May will see Upminster-based JD Grabloaders submit a variation application. Disciplinary action, along with the repute of the transport manager, will be discussed.
• Donnelly Plant Hire, based in Rochester, will submit a new application at a public inquiry on 21 May.
Cambridge • Possible disciplinary action against Burrovvfields Waste Solutions, based in Welwyn Garden City, will be looked at by the TC on 9 May.
• The Big Yellow Grab Hire, based in South Ockendon, will make a new application at an inquiry on 13 May.
• London-based Essex International Transport will submit a new application at a hearing on 22 May.
• C&H Transport, based in Waltham Cross, will attend a hearing on 28 May. Disciplinary action and the transport manager's repute will be on the agenda.
• On 6 June, IDK Distribution, based in Purfleet, will submit a new application.
Bungay • Allan Collyer and Sons, which is based in Bungay, will make a new application at a PI on 6 June. The TC will also hear an objection against the application.
