Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Thames Valley police are trying to trace a truck driver who may have vital information about an accident on the 514 last month in which a man died.

James Adam Thompson, of Dedworth in Windsor, is thought to have lost control of his blue Jaguar XJ6 between Junctions 5-6, near Reading shortly after 05:00hrs on Saturday 23 March.

The car smashed into the central reservation then veered across all three lanes of the motorway onto the hard shoulder and crashed through a barrier before coming to rest upside down.

Thompson was certified dead at the scene.

Police believe the driver of a truck which was travelling along the motorway at the time of the accident saw what happened arid could provide traffic accident investigators with vital information.

They are appealing for the driver to contact the Road Policing Department at Taplow on 01628 601544 or to call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
