III The Irish border row over the introduction of new computer systems for clearing agents (CM 25 April-1 May) is hotting up with some truck drivers reporting delays of more than 10 hours.
Talks between the clearing agents, Customs and the Irish state-backed International Electronic Trading Agency have so far failed to find a solution. Some owner-drivers say the delays could ruin them.
