• Transport-Technika, which will take place in Brno, Czechoslovakia on 12-18 June is said to be the first eastern European exhibition of its type outside Russia. British exhibitors will include Britax with its range of CV lighting components.

CPC critique
• A meeting of Certificate of Professional Competence teachers will discuss the March and June exams and other aspects of the CPC next month in Hinkley. The event is the latest in a series of seminars and will be hosted by training company Friendberry of Taunton. It costs £50 (ex-VAT) per delegate including coffee and lunch.

Fun at Lydden
