against West Yorkshire-based haulier Kenneth Standage, trading as Star Trucking, have been referred to Bolton Crown Court.

Standage, of Scotchman Lane, Morley, Lanes was accused of forging vehicle excise licences; fraudulently using them; and handling stolen excise licences, when he appeared before Eccles magistrates.
