• Foden is exhibiting three eight-wheel tippers and a 6X 4 tractor unit on stands 64-66 in Hall A, and on stand 89 in the open air display area.
The Steetley Construction eightwheeler, part of an order for nine vehicles, comes with a Cummins LT10-250 engine, a Fuller RTX 11609B gearbox with a Lipe twin plate clutch, and an Eaton DS401P double-drive rear bogie with differential locks. The tip gear is by Hytec, and the bodywork by Mackworth.
The 6x 4 38-tonne tractor unit belongs to K and M Hauliers, which operates one of the biggest Foden 8 x4 fleets in the country. It features a Cummins E320 engine, a Fuller RTX 11609 gearbox with a Spicer twin plate dutch, and an Eaton DS 401P bogie.
