TipCon '87 marks the show debut of Leyland Daf: other leading manufacturers and suppliers have also headed to Harrogate for the leading tipper show in the UK.
• For many operators the beginning of May means Harrogate and the RHA's Tipping Convention. Since we last visited the Yorkshire spa town the number of chassis manufacturers has declined, but enough remain to help the bodybuilders and trailer manufacturers pack the halls to capacity.
Other stands feature tipping gear, transmissions, PT0s, exhaust systems, on-board weighers, tyres and much more.
In the following pages we examine some of the new and interesting exhibits that are on show this year.
